Our Process

Step 1: Consultation and Design
We visit the property, walk the space, and talk through how you use it. We don’t just ask where the pool goes. We ask where the speakers should hit, where the lighting should glow, and where the control should live.
Step 2: Permitting and Approvals
We deal with the paperwork, town codes, and inspections. You won’t be chasing anything. It gets done fast and clean.
Step 3: Crew Coordination
We don’t wait until the electrician is halfway done to realize the AV plan was skipped. Our GC brings in contractors he knows, people who already know how to work together. No stacked schedules. No overlapping trades.
Step 4: Build and Infrastructure
We handle the heavy work: excavation, concrete, framing, masonry, plumbing, and electrical, done by professionals and timed to the plan.
Step 5: Tech Install and Programming
While other contractors start thinking about control at the end, we’re building around it from the beginning. Audio, video, lighting, shade, internet, and security are all wired, installed, and programmed as part of the core build.
Step 6: Final Walkthrough and Tuning
We tune your system, explain every control, and make sure you’re comfortable using all of it. If something needs fixing or fine-tuning, we’re still here.

Why Backyard Projects Fail, And Why Ours Don’t
You know what ruins a high-end backyard faster than anything? Lack of communication. That’s why we’ve built a system where tech isn’t an afterthought, it’s the foundation. When we’re not running the project, here’s what happens:
The pool guy adds underwater speakers but doesn’t tell anyone. Now there’s no way to control them. The HVAC tech installs an air conditioner that could have been smart-controlled, but no one runs the wire in time. The pergola company adds outdoor blinds but never mentions it until it’s too late to integrate them into the control system.
We’ve seen all of this, and we’ve had to clean it up. That’s why we now plan it the right way from day one.
When we lead the project, your control system handles everything: set the pool temperature, turn on the waterfalls while you’re in the hot tub, light the propane torches with a voice command, watch TV from the spa while everything adjusts behind the scenes, trigger hidden TVs to lift out of the stonework, control AC, blinds, lighting, and music. All from the same interface
