Anthony Breese

Owner & Founder

Hi, I’m Anthony Breese, founder of Perfect Angle Audio Visual Solutions—a fancy way of saying I turn tech chaos into cinematic magic. My journey started with a drill, a questionable hole in my bedroom wall, and a mini LCD TV that would’ve made 10-year-old me the neighborhood legend (if my parents hadn’t grounded me first). Fast forward through some “character-building” mistakes (sorry, Mom), and I found my true calling: making technology work like a charm.

My first foray into the tech world began at Staples, where I sold cell phones to the masses while explaining why turning them off and on again fixes 90% of their problems.

I quickly realized that I wasn’t just a salesman—I was a translator between humans and their gadgets. From there, I leveled up at the Sony Store, where I got to geek out over 4K TVs and refresh rates while convincing customers their old CRT was basically a prehistoric artifact.

Now, I get to combine my tech know-how with a knack for storytelling. There’s nothing more satisfying than watching a client press a button and seeing their face light up as everything works seamlessly. Whether it’s creating a jaw-dropping home theater or banishing WiFi dead zones forever, I’m here to make tech feel magical.

Connor Palazzo

Junior Technician

Connor’s journey into the world of technology began at Hunter Business School, where he found his “alternate tech family” and graduated in 2024. Drawn by his love of electronics and the thrill of hands-on learning, he joined Perfect Angle to turn his passion into a career.

What excites Connor most is the daily opportunity to pick up new skills on the job. From learning alongside Anthony to tackling challenges head-on, he’s constantly building a wealth of knowledge. The “wow, I did that” moment at the end of each project keeps him motivated and inspired.

Connor’s looking forward to leveling up—diving into advanced programming for control systems and eventually leading his own team. For him, it’s not just about solving problems; it’s about becoming the kind of expert others can rely on. With an eagerness to learn and a drive for excellence, Connor is a rising star at Perfect Angle.

Matthew Stella

Lead Technician

With a strong foundation in construction management, electrical wiring, and field operations, Matt leads the Perfect Angle AV installation team with expertise, precision, and a commitment to excellence. Drawing from over a decade of hands-on experience across construction, utility services, and custom pool installations, Matt brings a rare combination of technical skill and leadership to every project.

Before joining Perfect Angle AV, Matt served as a Field Operations Manager overseeing complex construction projects, troubleshooting intricate electrical systems, and leading high-performing teams across Long Island.

His background includes everything from managing large-scale concrete and pool builds to leading utility inspections for critical infrastructure. Throughout his career, Matt has consistently been the guy that teams trust to get the job done right — on time, on budget, and with outstanding craftsmanship.

As Lead Technician, Matt is responsible for overseeing installations, troubleshooting complex technical setups, and ensuring that every project is completed to the highest standards of quality. His strong people management skills and experience with construction drawings, electrical troubleshooting, and system optimization allow him to mentor the field team and lead projects from blueprint to final walkthrough.

Clients know Matt for his problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and calm leadership even when projects get challenging. Whether he’s managing a seamless AV setup or ensuring that every wire and bracket is perfectly installed, Matt’s work embodies the Perfect Angle AV promise: precision, reliability, and craftsmanship you can trust.

Matej Petrak

In-House Carpenter & AV Technician

With nearly two decades of experience in construction, carpentry, and remodeling, Matej brings an extraordinary level of craftsmanship, creativity, and technical expertise to Perfect Angle AV. From precision woodworking to complex installations, his talent for building beautiful, functional spaces is unmatched — and his attention to detail can be seen in every project he touches.

Matej’s professional background includes extensive hands-on experience in all areas of construction, including decking, additions, roofing, finish carpentry, custom gates, pergolas, kitchen cabinet installation, and fencing. His work history also includes crafting custom gates and posts for Autogate Systems, as well as installing high-end aluminum window and door systems at WWS.

With unique skills like soldering lead-coated copper sheets for window and door pans, Matej brings a rare combination of old-school craftsmanship and modern installation expertise.

At Perfect Angle AV, Matej plays a critical role in supporting custom installations, detailed woodwork, and AV project execution. His craftsmanship elevates every job — whether it’s building out a custom TV wall, framing a hidden equipment rack, or making sure every piece fits perfectly down to the last millimeter.

Beyond his incredible skills, Matej is known for bringing humor, positivity, and a laid-back attitude to every job site. His goofball personality keeps the team laughing, while his next-level craftsmanship keeps projects running at the highest standard of quality.

When clients see the final results, they may smile at his jokes — but they’ll be even more impressed by the flawless workmanship he leaves behind.

Joe Tronolone

Project Manager

With more than two decades of experience managing complex projects in the AV and integration industry, Joe brings a deep understanding of system design, project management, and client satisfaction to Perfect Angle AV. Throughout his career, Joe has overseen high-end residential and commercial installations, ensuring that even the most intricate projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Joe’s background spans key leadership roles at top integration companies. In every position, he’s been trusted to drive projects from concept to completion — designing systems, creating wiring diagrams, preparing detailed proposals, leading site meetings, coordinating installation teams, and maintaining close communication with clients and contractors.

Known for his strong analytical skills, high-end sales expertise, and hands-on experience with equipment repair and schematics, Joe doesn’t just manage projects — he understands every technical detail behind them. His ability to identify and implement better processes has consistently increased efficiency, profitability, and client satisfaction at every company he’s worked with.

At Perfect Angle AV, Joe oversees project execution with a focus on precision, clear communication, and seamless coordination between the sales, design, and installation teams. Nathalia Breese

Company Administrator

As the Administrator of Perfect Angle AV, Nathalia Breese brings a rare blend of heart, precision, and behind-the-scenes magic to the team. With a natural passion for organization — and a touch of OCD 👀 — she’s the driving force streamlining operations, improving communication, and making sure every part of the business runs as smoothly as a perfectly wired AV rack.

Nathalia manages a wide range of responsibilities with ease, from account management and vendor coordination to payroll, purchasing, and system optimization. She’s building and managing Perfect Angle AV’s internal processes, creating strong workflows that boost productivity, improve collaboration, and support the entire team from the inside out — and she is also the face behind the construction and design of our website.

With a background rooted in administrative organization, office administration, system administration, and case management, Nathalia approaches every project with thoughtfulness, efficiency, and attention to detail. Her commitment to organizational effectiveness ensures that even the smallest task is handled with care — and that no wire, invoice, or to-do list goes unchecked.
